manager or other staff member. If a person has been injured then he or she should be assessed with the
actions that are undertaken in an appropriate measure. Further, the injured staff members can loses time
from the work with the manager which needs to be followed with the Early interventions and
rehabilitation under the work related injury procedure.
c) How does the organisation monitor risks in the workplace?
The monitoring of the risks can be undertaken by the implementing the risk assessment tools at the
workplace which are usually the checklist in case of NHS trust and scales of danger, charts and
