Reflection
For performing this research, I had faced several problems but I felt happy as this aids in
maximising my skills and competencies effectually. Also, this investigation work increased my
various skills such as leadership, communication, decision taking and many others that is needed
for both professional as well as personal growth and success effectively and efficiently.
Likewise, the problems that was faced through me are disputes between team members, shortage

While carrying out the research work, I has to goes through several limitations that
