Introduction
In the modern era, every company is planning to work on the development of the different
projects as it assists a lot in conducting operations efficiently. Further, appropriate project
management activities are required so as to conduct business activities in the best possible
manner (Lientz and Rea, 2016). Along with this, globalization has provided opportunities to the
businesses where they can easily expand their operations in the new market and in turn, it has
brought favourable results in the best possible manner.
The present study carried out is based on the organization selected H&M which is considered to
be one of the most leading fashion company operating in the market. At present, the organization
conducts its operations in the different markets and in turn it has become the reason behind the
success of the entity in the market. Present study highlights the launch of a new brand named
summer shoe in the market with the motive to compete with other brands. Project management
plan has been developed for the introduction of new brand along with this short research has
been carried out so as to know the feasibility of the project.

gram right aim and objectives as it assists a lot in the success of the project. The ultimate
objective for the new project is to create and market the new brand named summer shoe in the
market (Nicholas and Steyn, 2017). Mainly the competition level is very high in the market and
in this case the ultimate aim to make the brand unique so that it can compete with others. The
launch of the products associated with this brand will take place from 16th to 20th February 2019.
The key objectives associated with the project have been highlighted below:
ï‚· To focus on development of a unique brand for meeting customer expectations
ï‚· To extend the H&M brand through the introduction of summer shoe brand
ï‚· To manage key resources of the project for accomplishing overall goals
ï‚· To enhance the brand popularity of H&M in the market through a new brand
For conducting the overall project in the most appropriate manner it is the moral responsibility of
the project manager of H&M to undertake different aspects. The key aspects are time, risk,
scope, cost etc. All the aspects have been discussed below:
Cost of the project: It is one of the major aspects where the overall cost of the project will be
20,000 British Pound. Mainly the cost will be segregated into the three different areas that are the
development of the shoe brand, promotion of the brand and at last introducing the brand in the
market.
Scope of the project: The overall scope of the project will be wide where it will assist in the
brand extension of H&M in the market. Further, by offering the right quality products to the
customers it will be possible for the firm to enhance its presence in the market (Patanakul, 2015).
Time: Mainly proper planning will be done for the overall project and overall resources will be
managed. The main focus will on completing the project on time along with the optimum
utilization of the resources. It will be ensured that the project starts on 16th Feb and completes on
the decided date also.
