1. Introduction
This report will explain the purpose of resources in teaching and learning in
education and training. It will include examples of how using information technology
engages learners. It will provide analysis for the principles of resources design and
various sources that inform the resources development own specialist area. Along
with this also provide theories, principles, and models that lead for inclusive
curriculum design that keep supportive development of resources.
2. Findings
a. The purpose of resources in teaching and learning with examples (1.1)
The role of resources to provide the learning experience for learners and the process
interaction between, teachers and students during the learning or teaching process.
They help students to increase and learn their effective experience with meeting
different learning needs. This also keeps using stimulation, variation, opportunities
for bringing the actively engage learners. The purpose for providing the important

diversification of approaches, developing ICT skills, alternative real thing and
opportunities for actively engage leaners. Resources are being supporting tools in
teaching and learning while by giving them standards for having flexibility to files and
materials within the supervision. Moreover, this also shows about learners respond
positively through which using visual ads and explaining some things about unknown
or abstract and how to show some specific concepts.
