1. Introduction
This report will explain the purpose of resources in teaching and learning in
education and training. It will include examples of how using information technology
engages learners. It will provide analysis for the principles of resources design and
various sources that inform the resources development own specialist area. Along
with this also provide theories, principles, and models that lead for inclusive
curriculum design that keep supportive development of resources.
2. Findings
a. The purpose of resources in teaching and learning with examples (1.1)
The role of resources to provide the learning experience for learners and the process
interaction between, teachers and students during the learning or teaching process.
They help students to increase and learn their effective experience with meeting
different learning needs. This also keeps using stimulation, variation, opportunities
for bringing the actively engage learners. The purpose for providing the important
opportunities for students in exploring the knowledge, solve problems, developing
skills and knowledge. While resources should also provide with individual difference
and selectively integrated with subject matter and targeted the students for learning
some new concepts (HenriksenAnd et.al., 2021). Teaching resources such as
diversification of approaches, developing ICT skills, alternative real thing and
opportunities for actively engage leaners. Resources are being supporting tools in
teaching and learning while by giving them standards for having flexibility to files and
materials within the supervision. Moreover, this also shows about learners respond
positively through which using visual ads and explaining some things about unknown
or abstract and how to show some specific concepts.
b. An evaluation of the effectiveness of resources from teaching and learning to
meet individual needs (1.2)
Effectiveness of particular resources for examples addressing and developing some
required skills, having appropriate level of challenges, actively involving learners, use
of new technology. Different resources are various kinds of indicators education and

seems that curriculum is designed in such a way that keeps all developed skills and
abilities for learners and individuals’ needs are met. The various activities are
appropriate with using some effective level of challenges to enable students or

events or situation.
