I have realised that due to the theoretical framework and examinations, the knowledge of the
students is undergoing. They are facing severe problems in coping up with the required needs of
the business organisations. In this aspect, the learning is the useful act which can be done at any
level of life. I m XYZ and wants to study HND in construction. I want to study in UK because
this place has several opportunities which will develop me in the long run of my life. UK is my
dream place from where I want to continue my studies so that I can grow and develop myself as
a better person. I am capable and have the potential to work in your college because I
understand the importance of education and learning and the role it plays in present business
world.
I poses immense capabilities which will make me suitable for your educational institutions and I
assure you that you will not feel down or low by allowing me to learn the different skills and
capabilities. I am very passionate about my work and love to work in challenging business
environment. My this ability will be treated as the strength because I am highly flexible at my
work. I have a strong skills of creativity and problem solving which will enable me to work with
the team effectively and efficiently. I have a strong level of practical knowledge because from
my work experience I have learned different techniques and strategies. From my past work
experience, I am able to effectively form and plan the business goals and objectives for the
performances. I further takes into account the relative deadline for the specific task and assures
that the business mission and vision is accomplished within the specified time frame. I have good
leadership skills because at my previous workplace, I used to assure that the people working
below me have fully understood the roles and duties which are required to be performed by
them. My this leadership skill will help me in leading the team effectively and efficiently. Apart
from this, I divide the task between the individuals by considering the skills and abilities which
will help them in completing the task on time. I regularly focus and monitor the employees
performance at my past work which helped me in learning the different issues and problems
