Introduction
Managers and employers of Sunlight Care Home have to
evaluate and analyse the needs and wants of individual
person and on the basis of that they should follow
appropriate system so that patients cannot face any issues.

Analyse care needs of individuals
There are so many person who are suffering from various
diseases and also from challenging behaviour. When
individuals suffer from behaviour which are challenging
in nature then this will affect the health of person and that
will self harming, not cooperative as well as display the
anger on other person may be at the person who are doing
care.

The person who are suffering from diseases should properly
dressed up as per the weather. They have to eat properly
and also in time so that they cannot any problem in living
their life in a proficient way.

Explain current system for supporting
individuals with specific needs
There are so many person who are having some specific
needs and that should provide proper assistance in
betterment of individuals as well as communities. Some
current system which are taken in use by managers for
fulfilling specific needs which includes:
 Advice and guidance
 Counselling
 Personal development program

Analyse services which are available in
chosen locality
There are different services which are provided by the
Sunlight Care Home and it can be inside the business
entity and outside enterprise.
Managers have to make or prepare appropriate infrastructure
at the nursing home.
In the business entity, there are so many person are working
and some of them are having a ability to operate new
devices as well as technology so that they can deliver
appropriate and best services.
