Question 1st:
Academic course of HND in Health and Social Care has helped me to develop my knowledge
about health care and enhance my skill for the management in the field of health care as well as
social care. It helps me to build up my team working efficiency, supportive relationships with
colleagues & children along with great communication skills. It plays a significant role in the
overall development of my knowledge and skills to make me capable of managing any business,
industry or an organization and lead them towards better growth as well as profit for the
organization.
Question 2nd:
HND in Health and Social Care helped me to develop different professional skills and qualities
such as communication skills, team working, positive thinking, good leadership quality, skills to
develop better relationships with business colleagues and many others. It helped me to get
promoted in my job and enhanced my skills to manage the organization with their resources to
provide the best service and care facility for the users and clients. It also helped me to enhance
administration skills in order to provide good quality of assistance and administration in the field
of health and social care.
Question 3rd:
Different top-ups such as Trilingual in the Spanish language, English basic level and Romanian
high level helped me to enhance my interpersonal as well as communication skills resulting in
making me an individual with good communication skills in all the three languages. It helped me
to communicate with different users and clients speaking Spanish, English, and Romanian
resulting in a good organizer and communicator to manage the organization in a positive way.
My social, as well as communication skills, increased much better to communicate with multiple
clients from different languages and managing them to provide best level service and features for
their comfort & satisfaction.
Question 4th:
I look forward to doing a higher level in the English language in order to enhance my
communication skill for the English language much better than the basic level which I have right

now. I want to become a proficient user of English language to grow my communication skills
and develop more profit and clients for the organization as English is one of the most wanted
languages at present because most of the clients and organizations running at different
geographical locations work on the English language. It will help me to enhance my practical as
well as theoretical knowledge about the English language and to provide good command over
reading, writing and speaking in the English language.
Question 5th:
My main goal after completing higher level in English language is to become proficient user in
English language to communicate more frequently in English language and different English
speaking clients to provide better growth for both me as well as the organization I am working
with in order to get promoted to a higher level with better job roles to enhance my professional
as well as practical experience.
