Being HR manager of Hilton Young hotel, I would like to analyse my own skills as:
Strength:
I have Good communication skills and able to handle conflicts among workers of the Hilton
hotel.
However, I also have Effective supervisory management skills to manage performance of its
staff members.
Weakness:
On critical evaluation, it is recognised that I need to work on following skills as:
Listening towards workers' issues and making proper startegis to solve them.
Lack in observation and coordination for decision making regarding hotel's effectiveness.
Opportunities:
These weaknesses can be reduced through grabbing following opportunities as:
Reading articles and watching online videos for improving skills
Enhancing critical evaluation for taking fair decisions regarding hotel's performance.
Attending training and development programs to overcome weak points.

On self assessment, it is identified that I need to improve below mentioned
skills as:
listening skills: my listening skills are poor as I suggest workers on
behalf of less observation. Including this, I am bad in observing
workers' performance and quality skills and solving out the issues. It
impacts on entity's performance adversely.
Lack in coordination with other managers during decision making:
lack of coordination is identified among staff members of the entity. In
addition to this, I get hesitate during decision making and coordinating
with other functional departments' manager of the entity. It affects my
professionalism and confidence badly as required to work on.
