tightening the talent market all across the globe, unappealing culture of companies specially in

Research type
Research are of two types one is quantitative and the other one is qualitative research
type. Qualitative research involves behaviour, attitude, theoretical concepts, model and other
theoretical background about research. In case of quantitative research type statistical facts
and figures are included to achieve the objectives behind the research. The research is a both
type qualitative and quantitative type of research (Lordkipanidze, 2019). Qualitative and
quantitative type of research will supports researcher to collect information and data

required to achieve the research objectives. Qualitative method of research involve
ethnography, narrative, phenomenological, grounded theory, case study and summary. All
such tools allows researcher to get the best results as a part of the research outcome.
Qualitative research will cover all facts and figures over the topic. Qualitative side of
research will also involve collecting data and information from open ended sources and also
by communicating about the information. Qualitative research type observe both what are
the actual issue and the approaches to deal with such issues.
Research approach
Research approaches are of three different types deductive, inductive and abductive.
In this research deductive form of approach is use to achieve the objectives behind the
research. Deductive approach is more like a systematic way to conduct qualitative types of
research (Regattieri and et.al., 2018). This approach will include theories related to talent
management, hypothesis, observation and confirmation of facts and also it will drive to
collect necessary information over the topic in the beginning of research. Deductive
approach of research will allow researcher to get the answers related to all research
questions framed for creating base in the research. This approach will analysis theoretical
concepts along with it involve quantitative information on the topic.
Research Philosophy
Research philosophy is the belief of the research that will involve the way to collect
data, phenomenon about the research and other aspects which involve source, nature and
development in research. Research philosophies are of four kinds pragmatism, positivism,
realism and interpretivism. Pragmatism is a deconstructive paradigm that will involve mixed
methods of doing the research. Positivism philosophy comprises with only factual side of
research (Knafl and Van Riper, 2017). Realism philosophy will rely on the idea of
interdependency of reality on the topic. Intrepretevism philosophy is all about interpret all
aspects of the topic. This research is based on the realism philosophy of research. Realism
philosophy will cover all different objectives behind the research such as key methods or
approaches, issues, function, techniques and other objectives behind the research. It also
involves qualitative facts that can support the recommendations and conclusions framed to
achieve the research objectives.
Sampling
Document Page
Sampling is defined as a technique to collect necessary information requires to
achieve all objectives behind the research. Sampling are of four types simple random
sampling, systematic random sampling, stratified random sampling and non probability
sampling technique. In this research systematic sampling technique will use to collect the
information. This sampling technique is more adequate as compare to other sampling
methods. In case of qualitative research type systematic sampling provide the proper result
of the research. Systematic sampling is a professional technique use in research for
collecting required information to achieve the research objectives.
Data Collection
Data collection will involve all the approaches that can support in collecting
necessary information for the research. Data collection can be conducted with the support of
two methods one is primary method of data collection and the other one is secondary
method to collect the data. Primary method of data collection will involve individual efforts
of researcher to collect the information (Kivunja, 2018). Techniques like feedback,
interviews and other relevant techniques are used to collect information under primary data
collection method. In case of secondary method of data collection already conducted
researched are used to collect the necessary information for the research. In this research
primary and secondary both methods involve in data collection will be used so that all
objectives behind the research can be achieved.
Data Analysis
Data analysis involve analysing all the information collected over the topic in data
collection stage. This is the stage where researcher take a brief overview about different
qualitative and quantitative information generated over the research topic. Analysis done by
other researchers also address in this part. Data analysis involves all information collected in
the earlier tasks will be deeply evaluate by researcher. Information can be off two types one
is in theoretical knowledge over the topic an dthe other one will involve statistical facts and
figures about the topic (Chatterjee-Padmanabhan and Nielsen, 2018). Information collected
in theoretical form are more critical as compare to information derives in statistical format.
Analysis of theoretical information is more based on the individual knowledge and
experience of researcher. Theoretical information can be misread and misinterpreted by
researched due to lack of knowledge and experience. In case of statistical information, it

becomes more convenient to assess the information and derives outcomes of the research.

various information needs to be collected. The theoretical information collected in research
can not be justified with any quantitative form (Ojo, 2018). Both primary and secondary
method of data collection is used for achieving objectives behind the research. Primary
method of data collection is time consuming technique and other hand secondary methods
do not provide the complete information on the research topic. This involves use of already
used information to derive the research objectives.
