HND Research Project: Investigating Gender Discrimination Issues

This research project investigates gender-based discrimination, particularly within the travel and tourism sector. The researcher gathered primary data through interviews to analyze the prevalence and impact of sexism and inequality. Key findings indicate that gender discrimination leads to inequality, social conflicts, and reduced productivity, especially in travel and tourism and business organizations. The research highlights perceptions of gender bias in the workplace, differing organizational policies, and the impact on women's empowerment efforts. The study concludes that eradicating gender discrimination can significantly reduce inequality across various sectors.
