Organizational behaviour is the process of understanding, managing and predicting
human behaviour of team members and individual at workplace. Within the workplace it is
important for manager and leader to understand behaviour of different people so that they can
provide guidance accordingly.Furthermore, it helps people to maintain positive working
environment so that they can easily adopt few innovative techniques of work and able to
understand each concept provided by manager or leader of firm. Therefore, concept of
organization behaviour is most considerable part of every firm (Chang and et.al., 2019). This
assignment includes TESCO organization is known as world’s best British Multinational general
merchandise and groceries retailers which are headquartered in Welwyn Garden City U.K.
Additionally, influence of power, culture and politics on others behaviour within firm. Effective
and ineffective teams through applying few motivational aspects to achieve business desired
goals. At last, several concepts or models will get covered in this report.
