Team Working in Computing (HND): Store Front Website Project Proposal

This document is a project proposal for a store front website, developed by a team of students as part of their HND in Computer Science program. The project aims to build an e-commerce platform for students to purchase resources, including books, software, and hardware. The proposal outlines the project's objectives, functional and non-functional requirements, UI design, and database design (ER Diagram). It also details the chosen Agile methodology, WBS, project schedule with a Gantt chart, and meeting minutes. The project incorporates testing strategies, including user acceptance testing, and provides a comprehensive overview of the development process, from initiation to closure, including risk management and resource planning. This project proposal demonstrates a practical application of web development and project management principles. The project was undertaken by Subramaniam Vijeprathap, Charaka Karawita, Muhammed Aadhil, and Ashif Ahamed, under the supervision of Mr. Fazly Jabbar.
