Abstract
The research is on the importance of marketing on the hospitality industry with emphasis on
the application of the factors that affect marketing. The manners in which marketing concepts
can be applied in a hospitality sector are researched. The research is conducted using
positivism philosophy, deductive approach and descriptive design by collecting data using
primary sources in terms of using interview method. 3 managers of reputed hotels are

industry. Every manager is of the belief that the hospitality sector takes into account the
quality as well as the pricing so that implementation of the marketing mix policies can be
