variation workforce. Human resource audit mainly develop consideration and focuses towards

services to customer with better quality of drink. It faces the challenges during the pandemic

mainly serves different range of coffee but after pandemic it faces issue because they don't have
sourced of income. So company decides to involve HR audits for management of workforce and
from evaluation of business activities its determine that this business has no employee, so they
do have duty to engage new employee. Thus, they do have responsibility to follow legislations in
term of when they do have to engage new employee for business continuity.
HR issues emerging from the audit ad its impact on business, it mainly prefers to that
when they ask wrong questions to employee related to their age, sex, gender, beliefs, culture. Its
important term that HR manager when develop interview process they mainly develop good

Blandón, (2019). Therefore, its clear that questioner process will be very clear and consist which

consideration and focuses towards with the diverse policy application in involvement of new
individual for business task completion. So this term become higher challenging term and it

Workforce management issue: HR has duty to regulate specific rules which has power to
manage employee retention, training and profession development, motivate workforce and many
more. In case Human resource manager not develop concern on specific term then it badly
affects on involvement of new and experts employee because individual when decide to
participate into new organization they firstly ask their colleagues or relatives that culture of
organization, environment and behaviour of their employee. In case other not provide good
information to new employee it creates issues on business growth.
