The cultural factors that are been faced by an organisation will impact the performance of
the organisation this will help in proper planning of the operations which will help in improving
the overall performance of the organisation in an effective way. The cultural dimension factors
that are been carried out within the organisation will influence the operations and
implementation of the business activities of enterprise in various countries in an effective way.

The Hofestede culture dimension model will impact the operations of an enterprise that will lead
to rise in the carrying out of the analysis that will lead to the rise in meeting the operational
requirements of an organisation. As per the model, the culture factors change from one country
or company to another. However there are certain factors within the enterprise that will impact
the overall performance of the organisation and meeting the operational requirements of the
organisation in an effective way. There are certain factors which can be disagreed and agreed
upon in order to carry out the planning operations within the firm in an effective way
(Beugelsdijk, Kostova and Roth, 2017).
The factors like uncertainty avoidance and masculinity can be agreed to be followed within the
organisation that will help in controlling the operations and other factors which will help in
carrying out of the operations in an effective way. It can be said that these cultural factors will
impact the operations and planning of the operations which will help in meeting the needs and
thus, will help in managing the operations accordingly. Masculinity will support in making
suitable policies and will improve the operations and effectiveness of the business operations that
are been carried out by the firm.
On the other hand, Power distance and individualism are the cultural factors which can be
avoided or disagreed upon in order to disdain the negative impact on the operations which are
been carried out at the organisation (Tekeş and et.al., 2018). This may cause the conflicts and

organisation. Thus in order to avoid any sort of negative influence on the operations of the
