along with role of leader in a service sector. Also, management and leadership style for specific
firm is discussed. Other than this, internal and external factors impacting management style &
structure is discussed. At last current and future' management & leadership skills are evaluated
along with change management systems for a specific organisation.

At first, democratic leadership style was adopted by the manager in Holiday Inn. But due
to internal and external factors, efficiency of this style is reduced. This is because in democratic
style, employees are given freedom to express their views and they were given right to work as
per their wish. Due to this their engagement towards work started decreasing and organisational
culture started deteriorating. Hence, manager of company has shifted towards Bureaucratic
management style in which employees are bound to follow rules and regulations in a strict
