This research project delves into the holiday memories of individuals over 50, exploring their cherished experiences and how they reflect on the past. The study examines the social and economic backgrounds of participants, their childhood holiday experiences, and their dream holidays. It investigates how these memories are preserved through photos, videos, and travel mementos. The research also considers the impact of these memories on their lives, including the role of travel journals and the significance of holidays in contrast to the work life. The methodology involves positivism and interpretivism approaches, utilizing both primary data collection through questionnaires and secondary data from periodicals and online sources. Sampling methods are used to gather figures for the studies in respect that can be considered in the powerful way to reap an appropriate effects. This research provides valuable insights into the importance of holiday memories in the lives of older adults, offering a comprehensive analysis of how these experiences shape their perspectives and emotional well-being.
