years to elder people within different healthcare settings where patient have wide range level of
dependency. General nursing is also known as the term to describe adult nursing. There are many
factor which can lead to influence the need for the holistic person centred assessment that are
related to provide better healthcare services to patient for their improved health. In this, there are
many adults who need proper care and support due to their declining health. In this, nursing staff
need to provide holistic care to patient which can be effective and allow to provide better care for
patient for improving and maintaining their quality of life. In this, nursing staff plays a major
role in delivery of healthcare service and provide better improvement to patient health. In this
essay, there discussion about the nursing staff and their way to care. There is also discussion
about the values and principles which needs to follow by the nursing staff to provide better and
effective response towards delivery of better healthcare services. There is also discussion about

ensure about taking care of effective health. There are large number of patient who need proper
care at higher age. There are large number of patient who are facing different health related
problem in which it leads to impact on individual healthcare. Person-centred practice can be
effective and help to provide better and effective response towards reduce the functional decline
in older people health and provide better care that can help to provide reduce in the declining
health and provide better and effective healthcare services to improve patient health. Moreover,
there is also need to provide better care about the effective healthcare services which are
associated with taking care of effective response towards delivery of better and effective care to
patient to improve their healthcare services. These are effective and can help to ensure about
improvement in patient health (Harrigan, (2021)).
There are many people who need to holistic care that can allow to provide better care and
support which are associated with delivery of better and effective response towards patient care.
There are many factor which can lead to create the situation of getting better care and support for

improving patient health. There are many factor which are effective and influence for the holistic
person centred assessment. Here, holistic person centred assessment refers to an important aspect
which can lead to provide high quality care that should be focused to meet the patient’s need.

care. Here, Mildred is facing the healthcare issue of dementia which should be taken in
consideration and need for the holistic care. Through getting holistic care, it enables to provide
better care of patient and help in performing different daily activity. Holistic care also help
patient to feel good and fulfil their needs that should be taken in consideration for good health.

(Keller,et.al., (2020)). This can be effective and can lead to create high impact on patient health
which are associated with taking care of good health. Here, adult nursing staff member needed to
provide better care support which are effective to provide better health improvement. Here,
Mildred is having dementia and need some help and support in providing better care and support
which is effective and allow individual to deal with the situation of better care and support in
performing daily activity. Due to overall health of Mildred, it leads to create situation of holistic
person centred assessment (Santos,et.al., (2020)).
Psychological factor is also effective where it is needed to take care of patient psychological
issues that are related with the health issues like dementia. Through getting better and effective

response towards providing better effort, it leads to consider the psychological issue which are
associated with Mildred Dementia problem. There is need for better assistance than can help in
getting better care and support and provide proper help to perform daily activity (Martus,
(2021)). There is also need to provide better support which can be effective to deliver better and
effective response towards promoting good health along with psychological wellbeing.
Psychological factor can influence holistic person centred assessment which are effective and
provide better care and support to effectively deal with the situation for health improvement and
also provide improvement in patient quality of life. Patient with old age and facing the health
issue like dementia, they need for better care and support. They also need for the holistic support
that can be effective and provide better help to individual to deliver better care and support. This
is the one in which there is need to provide better care which can be effective to deliver better
care to patient where safeguarding can allow nursing staff to provide better care and safety
towards delivery of effective response for improving patient health. Nursing staff need to take
care about the core values of nursing autonomy, human dignity, honesty along with social justice
(Cooper,et.al., (2019)).
Physical factor can lead to situation of holistic healthcare problem that include better and

need for the holistic person centred assessment. Mildred is 78 years old and having history of
alcoholic dependence (Brenner, et.al., (2020)). Due to tripped and feel it lead to fracture of left
wrist. This is effective physical issue where she need proper care and support. Here, nursing staff
member should provide better and support that can be effective and allow to deliver better and
effective response to physical health. Holistic person centred assessment can include better
delivery of care for the patient and help in improving better care and support which are
associated with improvement in health. physical facto is an important factor in which every
individual should take care about this. Due to having different physical problem like old age and
fracture in the left wrist lead to create the situation in which Mildred need proper care and
support. Mildred need for the person centred care service that can be effective and help to
perform various physical activity that are associated with taking care of good health. To ensure
about the good health there is need for the professional who should provide better care and fulfil
patient needs. In this, holistic person centred assessment can be helpful for Mildred and allow to
perform various daily activity with getting help and support (Cook, et.al., (2019)). This can help

in providing better and effective response towards delivery of better care and support at home.
Here, Mildred is physically weak and due to old age there is need for external support to perform
different activity where holistic person centred assessment should be effective and allow to
provide adult nursing staff to ensure about taking care of good health. This can be responsive and
allow to get better care and support in delivery of better care which can allow to provide better
support and help in improving quality of life.
Spiritual factor is an effective element which include the physical healing and reducing the
pain in patient. Here, spiritual factor can have impact on delivery of better and effective response

spiritual factor there is need to take care about effective response. In this, Mildred need some
assistance where it allows to ensure about getting help and support to deal with her pain, stress
and emotional problem. This can be effective and allow to deliver better care and support to
patient for their better and improved health. In this, allow to provide better care and help to
delivery effective care to patient for their improved health. This can include better and effective
response through providing nursing care (He,et.al., (2021)). Here, nursing role includes core
values and beliefs which highly matters in the adult nursing in the holistic person centred care.

the role where they should take care of Mildred health and support in performing all the daily
activity where Mildred needs help and support. This can be effective and help in providing better
care support like bathing, brushing, shopping, walking, exercise, diet and others. These are some
of the effective care plan were nursing staff should provide better and effective care to patient for
improved health. This can also include better response towards delivery of effective care through
helping patient in performing daily activity through support. Nursing staff has also role of
providing care regarding medication where they should provide medication at time with correct
dose to the patient for their better and improved health (Dittman and Hughes, (2018)). Nursing
staff should provide care to patient where nursing staff should work collaboratively with the
patient. Here, service user should get better care which can also help them in performing well.
Multidisciplinary team have also their role in providing better care and support to Mildred that
can allow to ensure about proper diagnosis and their proper care though effective treatment.

Multidisciplinary team include nursing staff, doctor, orthopaedics, social worker, psychiatrist etc.
These are the healthcare professional who can get involved as the multidisciplinary team
member that can get involved in proper care and treatment of Mildred health and help in
providing better care and support for her improved health. This is the one in which patient is also
get involved in their care. Through getting involved in the proper care of patient can help to
deliver effective response towards patient good health. Here, nursing staff should ensure about
the needs of individual which can help to provide better and effective service delivery and ensure
about proper care to patient through supporting and meet individual needs (Gallagher, et.al.,
(2020)).
Social factor also leads to influence toward the holistic person centred. This is the one which
can be effective and provide better care to patient for their better and effective health. Here,
Mildred is retired nurse and having history of smoking which include from her teenage. Mildred
is smoking about 20-30 cigarettes per day in her initial stage and due to this she may have some
risk of other health issues but it has not been identified in diagnosis. Mildred have the social
impact where due to social activity that can allow to provide better and effective response
towards proper delivery of better and effective response towards better health (Senior,et.al.,
(2019)). There is social activity where nursing staff should ensure about taking care of patient
and should ensure that they should practice ethics and values in their professional practice.
Nursing staff should take care of effective health and provide better care service to patient
through following the evidence based practice to deliver quality care and support. Nursing staff
should also take care of vulnerable adults that can allow to provide better care and support in
effective care services. It can also effective to deliver better safeguarding to patient through
providing holistic person centred care. Here, nursing staff should take care of all the healthcare
activity in which there is need to provide better and effective care for delivery of better health
response. This can also help nursing staff to follow the ethics and values that can lead to create
high impact on delivery of care services and treatment. Here, other healthcare professional from
multidisciplinary team need to provide their treatment where social worker should provide
holistic care and ensure about providing support to perform different activity. This can help to
provide better support to the patient who is not able to independently live without getting
external support. This may include Mildred who is facing dementia problem where to perform

different activity there is need external support and care to perform and live more effectively.
This can help to maintain quality of life (Wilson and Giddens, (2020)).

From the above discussion, it can be concluded that there are many of the factor which can
lead to create the situation of getting better and effective care for improved health. These factors
may include physical, psychological, social, spiritual, overall health that can have impact and
influence to provide better health. There is need for the adult nursing who should take care of
patient through providing patient centred care and ensure about good health. Nursing staff have
different role in which they should meet the individual needs and provide better care through
identifying vulnerable adults and risk of harm through getting involved in the safeguarding
process. Nursing staff have main role in ensure about patient good health through working
collaboratively with patient and other healthcare professional as a multidisciplinary team. In this
