Situational leadership approach:
This method helps in building a better team at the organization because the working
environment of the company is efficient and comfortable
For the awareness of the employees in which approach they are comfortable and feeling
effective (Lynch, 2015)
In making decisions employees are not engaged much in the activity and thus the group
formed at the organization is more effective
This method also helps in boosting and maintaining the employee's motivation
Weaknesses
This process is termed ad the lengthy process by the employees of the organization
This method is only accepted by the few members and thus only a few
organizations manage this
This strategy is only focused on the current scenario and thus they try to ignore
because this type of business cannot plan anything for the long term even for the
short term
