Key personnel who can access the EDMS
 Information Technology manager
He or she is responsible for managing all the EDMS related activities
within the Hollywood Organic Co-op. They help the organisation to determine the
requirements of the information technology (SUN et al., 2020). They are
responsible for application as well as maintenance of the computing needs of the
Hollywood Organic Co-op. They can plan, organise, control and evaluate the
Electronic Document Management Systems. They can implement data security,
network access as well as backup systems for the EDMS of Hollywood Organic
Co-Op. They are responsible for identifying several problematic areas and

implementing some strategy solutions. They are responsibility of performing the
audit of the Electronic Document Management Systems. It helps them to assess
the outcome of the company.
 Chief Information Officer
He is responsible for the Electronic Document Management Systems of
the Hollywood Organic Co-op (Han et al., 2020). The responsibilities of the CIO
are recommending the software upgrades for the Electronic Document
Management System of the Hollywood Organic Co-op. They can direct the
executive team for the best team for the process related to the Electronic
Document Management System. They can create some strategic responsibilities
for the EDMS of the Hollywood Organic Co-op organisation.
 Chief Executive Officer
He is responsible to maintain take many corporate decisions regarding the
Electronic Document Management System of Hollywood Organic Co-op (Zhao &
Sun, 2020). Management of the entire operations, as well as resources required
for the EDMS, is also an important responsibility of the Chief Executive Officer.
He or she can provide advice to the development team of the Electronic
Document Management System of Hollywood Organic Co-op.
Logical Access Control of EDMS

Chief Executive Officer will access all the electronic documents available in the
central database of EDMS of Hollywood Organic Co-op (Tran, 2020). They should have
a user id and password. It is used for the authentication purpose. Encryption algorithms
are implemented to make his or her account secure so that any black hat does not hack his
or her account.
 Chief Information Officer
Chief Information Officer of the Hollywood Organic Co-op has authorisation to
access all the computer system resources of the Hollywood Organic Co-op. He or she
will have the authority to audit the several IT resources used in the EDMS of the
organisation (SUN et al., 2020). He or she will have the authority to perform the audit of
possible risks applicable to the EDMS of the organisation.
 IT manager
IT manager of the Hollywood Organic Co-op will have the authorisation for
accessing all the IT resources of EDMS which is quite similar to the Chief Information
Officer (Han et al., 2020). He or she will have the authority to check all the databases of
the IT resource usage of the organisation. He or she will have a user id and password. It is
used for authorisation purpose of the EDMS.
