Hollywood studios have a good experience in creating firms to entertain their viewers and
with this they know on what to work on to improve their product. Globalization has helped the
company to go beyond firm production companies in the US and Asia since their firms are of
high quality. The firms are forced to adopt a global strategy that helps the company to earn
substantial revenues from international market. The company’s movies are well accepted in
Europe, Asia and Latin America. Globalization has created a successful environment giving
opportunities to the movie makers to adapt their products and making it easy to relate with their
audience effectively hence they ensure they introduce local themes, current situations in different
countries and providing role to their actors and establishing overseas joint ventures with other
movie makers. Hollywood studios are believed to easily adopt global strategy because their firms
are globally attractive, contain locally missed out resources and internationally recognized talent.
(Pimple, Mishra and Shastri, 2016, pg. 5).
Competitive strategy is a major formula adopted by the Hollywood studios and mainly
deals with the global integration and standardization of their product since the market is so
competitive especially with the Chinese firms. Hollywood studios are able to adopt a complex
network of inter independence among other firm studios all over the continent and this will
create a good ecosystem for the actors and the audience. The studios have enhanced their ICT to
ensure they accord with the revolution changes and can easily access their product through
certain website and they receive feedback from their audience hence can easily improve their
products. The adoption of the strategy plays a great role in providing wealth for the nation and
sharing values throughout the world. The Hollywood’s company aims to provide economic
expansion internationally. (Harrigan, 2017, pg. 335).

The company has been able to observe foreign market as one of the production strategy. The
foreign market phenomenon is based to entertain newspaper variety to ensure they reach to new
audience easily. The importance of the foreign market for the Hollywood studios is to ensure
green light decisions and promote production process. The editors have developed different
version of writing stories with some being so explicit since they have been under the persistence
to differentiate between domestic and foreign audience preferences, preferably to portray cultural
significance. Strategic networks along with international network have played a role in shaping
Hollywood industries and multinational industries. (Dueñas-González and Campbell, 2016, pg.
15).
Hollywood studios have been able to encounter both cultural and political strategy which is a
complication in most of the countries. Journalists and Hollywood insiders are constantly trying to
rationalize the unpredictability and ensure that they explain their firms to their audience and
identify general trends from their audiences. Depending on different locations and audience
demand of the movies may vary hence the company has to trend in different field like action,
slapstick comedies and ethical content. (Burnett, 2017, pg. 19).

competition from other countries. Some themes may antagonize the natives of different countries
and may lead to banning of the movie and this leads to destruction of their market.

credit international acclaim and revenues in return. The current strategy for the Hollywood
studios is to be the leading producers and providers of the entertainment using portfolio of
brands and collaborations with different international studios that will help the company to
