INTRODUCTION
The home based child carer business provides home based care services for children in
which caregiver to children by home like environment. In this assignment, there are some skills
and behaviours are required to manage a childcare setting (Stitou, Bourgeault and Kohen, 2018).

covered in this. The requirements of register of home child fare plan are also covered in this.

1) Identify skills, attributes and behaviours required to lead and manage a home based childcare
setting
There are some skills and behaviors are required to manage and lead a home based
childcare setting. The caregivers must have these skills with in their behavior. This includes good
communication skills, affectionate about children, patience, calm temperament, have a sense of
humor, flexible approach and optimistic behavior. The caregivers need to apply these skills with
in their role so they can manage home based childcare properly. The implementation of these
