The project ‘Home Interior Design Construction Work’ has been chosen for this assignment. The
project manager is responsible to develop a fruitful project plan for interior design of the home. He
will arrange the stakeholders of the project. The stakeholders will work in accordance to the project
plan. The project stakeholders will follow the project plan and will perform the interior design
activities. The project will take 33 weeks to complete. The overall budget allocated for the project is
$48,960. The business analyst will make all the contracts. The civil engineer will prepare the interior
