INTRODUCTION
Project Management is having procedure that leads to work of specific team to
accomplish goals and objectives meet success criteria at specified time (Levy, 2018). The main
challenge for project management is accomplish overall goals and objectives within given
constraints. In this report, the topic is detailed form of organise conference which is ways to
homelessness in Scotland. The mainly invitation to students, academics, interested parties,
politicians and activists. The Adam Smith Business school management committee(ASMBC) is
planning to hosting the conference for two days on that situation the overall project is conducted.

Project Summary
The summary of this concerned project of Conference about Tackling Homeless in
Scotland which demonstrate about facing problem by people due to some crises. As per project
purpose is to aligning business related strategy while discussing as many activities are plans in
terms of academic, using of technology for setting overall resources (Heldman, 2018) (Kerzner,
2018). The reason is been taken project for measuring about the situation that face by people of
Scotland. There is five months of duration to before conference that undertakes effectively. In
this conference seminar is having target to attend people of 500 participants.
Project Objectives:
As there are some main objectives which determined towards for attaining during this
particular project plan effective manner are:
 To determine the concept of Tackle Homeless in Scotland.
 To assess the challenges which create impact on Tackle homeless conference.
 To determine strategies which implement to overcome from tackle homeless conference.
On the basis of above project management plan the objectives are framed to specify
towards fulfil expectancy outcomes. The hosting of conference by ASBSMC which is institute
and the committee to arrange people. There is agenda that discussion on relevant topics such as
Covid-19 is creates tackle homeless to Scotland that is prevails challenges for people. To set the
budget is around pounds 400. From experts and panels would provide important speeches and

of money where they wanted to provide optimum refreshments that emphasis to get access to
effectively.

This is technique which is mainly execute in order to segregate the project within
smaller components that project can be done within effective manner. It is form of develop
boundary about better project breakdown where all similar basis parts which can monitor
and controllable staffs or volunteers. As per Work breakdown structure has to done in
systematic section. On the basis of team will organise as it effectively generates outcomes
