challenge for project management is accomplish overall goals and objectives within given
constraints. In this report, the topic is detailed form of organise conference which is ways to
homelessness in Scotland. The mainly invitation to students, academics, interested parties,
politicians and activists. The Adam Smith Business school management committee(ASMBC) is
planning to hosting the conference for two days on that situation the overall project is conducted.

The summary of this concerned project of Conference about Tackling Homeless in
Scotland which demonstrate about facing problem by people due to some crises. As per project

2018). The reason is been taken project for measuring about the situation that face by people of
Scotland. There is five months of duration to before conference that undertakes effectively. In
this conference seminar is having target to attend people of 500 participants.

As there are some main objectives which determined towards for attaining during this
particular project plan effective manner are:
