INTRODUCTION
The impact of globalisation has changed the total scenario of business practices by
including different trends. These trends include enhancing trade across borders of goods and
services, level of labour migration between countries, greater outsourcing and outsourcing of
production, the emergence of global brands and finally expansion of foreign direct investment.
These trends have a deep impact on the business activities of business organizations.
Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd. (HUM) is a manufacturing company based in the UK
which is a subsidiary of the automotive company Honda (Hondamanufacturing.co.uk, 2018). The
manufacturing plants of the company include engine assembly, casting, pressing, painting,
welding, and other car assembly activities. In order to understand the impact of globalization on
the business activity of the organization, Honda of the UK manufacturing (HUM), the project
would be illustrating the changes that are required for the business in order to tackle the
challenges of globalization. However, in this assignment project management plan project

operational areas are required for the company to survive in the global market. These strategies
