The development of the Hospital Information System (HIS), must be done in such as way

the patients, electronic health records, patient data, finance records, records associated with the

for the project will require 2 days, along with that the data generation of this project will also
require 2 days, the documentation of the project will be done in 5 days and the evaluation of the
project can be done in a day.
Phase 2: The phase 2 of this project will be conducted in 11 days. The identification of
the project can be done in 5 days, the analysis of the risks of the project can be done in a day
(Handayani et al. 2017). The risk strategy of the each of the identified risks can be done in 5

Phase 3: The evaluation of the cost required in each phase of the project will require
