This assignment presents a comprehensive business development proposal for establishing Wellbeing Hospital in Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia. The project begins with an executive summary highlighting the healthcare industry's growth in Malaysia and the opportunity for private hospitals. It then delves into a detailed analysis of the hospital industry, including political, economic, social, and technological factors, followed by a SWOT analysis. The core of the proposal examines market feasibility using Porter's Five Forces model, marketing feasibility with a focus on the marketing mix, and operational feasibility, including procurement and customer service. Data analysis includes case finding and competitive analysis to assess the viability of the proposed hospital. The plan concludes with a vision and mission statement, marketing and organizational plans, a financial business plan, an implementation schedule, critical success factors, and a risk mitigation plan.
