Introduction
Over the last few years , the mobile health software industry has been rising rapidly. There are
currently over 318,000 fitness products available in app stores worldwide, according to IQVIA.
This is almost twice the amount of applications released only two years ago, with over 200
fitness apps added per day. Usually, fitness apps can be divided down into three categories:
General health & fitness apps that help us count calories, sleep apps that control our sleep
habits, and stress relief apps that help us relax our heads, such as nutrition-tracking apps.
Telemedicine software from registered physicians that offer virtual health treatment.
Health monitoring software that can 1) help patients control their own health issues, such
as heart disease , asthma, breastfeeding, mental health, and more, 2) allow healthcare
providers to remotely share and update on the personal health history of a patient, and 3)
help keep track of drugs. The apps helps in managing and controlling diet plan of the
individuals.
Project Plan
Astra Plc is a small company and this is specialising in vitamin and mineral based
supplements. This company has launched new health and fitness app (Yue, and et.al, 2016). This
is a best health app which will help in food diary and easy to use database. This provides
nutrition information to people regarding the quantity of nutrients and roughage in food. This
app will provide better understanding of types of food required by the body. Users can keep the
notification setting on for getting updates about meals and food they have to consume.
Project Scope of Hospital searching Applications
The applications which help customers furnish the data about the medical clinic with a
virtual visit and it is a process where customers can have the information on the application,.
Such applications show the closest hospital focuses to the need of clients or patients. All the
individual records of customers like lab test subtleties, circulatory strain and other indispensable
boundaries are saved in the application and they can be used by customers (Yue and et.al, 2016).
These applications can be the best hotspot for analysis and they help customers to deal with their

medicine plan. They can send caution and ensure that the patient takes as much time as
necessary. These applications will make the strategies for the needs of customers and plan of
action. They incorporate all the highlights important to rearrange the cycles, execute work
process and address the patients viably.
Identify and Assemble a Team
A medicine group is a significant initial step. The group will make the strategies for the
current prescription compromise measure, they will help customers in making decisions and
plan/re-plan inside the medical care office. The Design Team will have an essential part in the
health searching application because they will make the product to understand the needs of
customers. When gathering this group the strategy should be to incorporate people with genuine
information on the current drugs and they are skilled. The Design Team should include
individuals with solid information on current work process, acknowledgment of the issue and
they will help customers in providing the quality services (Tran, 2017).
Project risks for Hospital searching applications
Healthcare is giving different services to customers. They are providing Hospital
searching applications. There is a push to electronic clinical records and there are risks related
with the basic activity. The risks should be distinguished and reduced because they are harsher
and the impact on customers when the cost goes over financial plan or off timetable since
patients' health might be in question. The One case of high cost of the organisation in health care
is the business wide activity to change from paper to electronic records. The personal
information is saved in the application the office is in danger for prosecution. The risk is that the
specialists and other medical care suppliers may not see the entirety of the basic patient
information and expected to settle on a choice. The healthcare industry faces a greater number of
guidelines and patient protection laws. There is a need to ensure delicate information are saved in
the hospital searching application. The risk is that it mitigates hazard and making slow, delayed
cycles which is affecting the organisation. A medical clinic that starts an undertaking to
characterize the best pre-medical procedure measure (for example setting up the room, checking
measurements, etc.) can provide better services to customers than on the application because
they will not get good services which they get when they go to the hospital. The risks can be

Project success
This app will help the people to know more about the needs and requirements of body in context
of food supplements. This app is liked by several people as it is helping a lot of users to plan
their meal. For the part of the healthcare provider, these apps often make it easy for clinicians to
compile and retrieve patient records. Hospitals that use these applications allow these services to
remotely view patient records, medical history, vitals, medications, and test reports. The success
of this app can be determined by analysing the number of happy and satisfied users. They help in
managing the work in effective manner and increasing the number of users.
