advertisement channels such as social media, LinkedIn and others to provide notification to the
applicants for the vacant positions. There are various stages of HR life cycle that are as
following:

candidate or applicant for the vacant position. In Kickapoo joy, the management department of
the company can organise this process to hire a candidate for the vacant position of HR Trainee.
For this the HR department need to create a strategic plan that include the understanding of the
position and a strategy to attract best candidates. They should develop an interviewing protocol
that may include written test and other interview requirements (Jayawardena and et. al., 2013).
