developed. When new product is launched in market, proper research is conducted which shows that
whether to introduce new product or not. Firm introduce new product when they wish to extend their

in existing market such as they are planning to introduce Google bots to hotel to take orders from
customer.

Market Penetration- This is safest aspects as in this existing product is used for
existing market. In this, main motive is to understand and maintain the changing need as well
as demands of customers. In relevance with selected hotel, they can adopt this strategy as for

Diversification- Then it introduces new product into new market. Risk associated with this is
