Equality act, 2010
This is that act which has been developed by authority in order to
protect the staff members from any discrimination in the workplace.
It states that employees must not be discriminated and it is based on

Minimum wages for employees of 25 age or over is £7.83 per hour, for
staff members whose age is 21 to 24 is £7.30 per hour and £5.80 per
hour for employees whose age is 18 to 20.
Such wages are not provided then company can be penalised by
government authority.
