INTRODUCTION
Hospitality industry covers a broad category of different services such as lodging, food
and event planning. Even the hospitality industry also depend upon the availability of leisure
time and disposable income. The entire report is also based upon the case study of Carnival UK
which is a British American Cruise Operator who has 100 ships that offer variety of services
such as accommodation, food, bars and entertainment etc. The report will describe how to
