INTRODUCTION
Conference refers to meeting and interaction of selected group of people to discuss a
particular agenda. On the other hand, exhibition is well organized presentation and display of

hospitality industry. Medium to large scale hotels make halls which are booked by customers for
conducting conferences and exhibitions. The chosen destination is United Kingdom. Further, this
report will throw lights on concept of exhibitions and conferences, their key purposes,
identification and evaluation specific venues used. Furthermore, evaluation of resources used by
a specific conferences and exhibitions along with recommendations for resources to be used for

which provides best experience to visitors and guest of the conference (Lin and Lin, 2013). It is
one of the most attractive and approachable places in London which is famous for its beautiful
