Introduction
Hospitality sector is one of the emerging sectors in today's scenario. They are
consisting of various services such as food, beverages, accommodation
and much such related type of services. It is very necessary that
organisation that is part of this industry must posse’s adequate
understanding and knowledge of laws & legislations that are being applied
on a particular industry. .

•Finance & marketing: There is presence of very strong relationship between these
tow functional departments of a organisation. Such as in case of jolted juices there is
requirement of finance by marketing department for performing and execution of
various activities in course of completing their marketing function such as
researching of target market, collecting various information of the target segment of
market, analysis of collected information, use of information in achievement of
various business objectives.

Interrelation between these two departments is also very
necessary for achievement of objectives in given time period.

involved in taking regular feedbacks from their customers who
have consumed their products on other hand; food department

that are combining together for execution of task without any
conflicts and delay in work.
Monitoring: This is a continuous process related to comparison of
present performance of organisation and desired level of
performance. Such set standards have to be met in long run.

effective role for all the business organisation for management of talent in
most effective manner. It is also summarised that there are different
weakness that have to correct so that overall performance is not getting
