the time of research can be saved and also the research efficiency can be increased. In this report
random sampling method is used by researcher wherein random employees of Holiday Inn hotel
will be given questionnaire so that data can be collected which can be applied to the complete
organisation thereby improving its efficiency and performance. The sample size which is chosen
by researcher is 30.

It is an instrument that can help in collecting data by asking the sample population to
answer the structured questions which are given on the questionnaire. This will help in gaining
their views regarding the researched topic so taht relevant and effective interpretations can be
