government actions in supporting this sector and to recognise various sustainable practice in
order to develop an holistic tourism experience and also identify the policy approaches used by
Canterbury. The location selected is Canterbury – the Heritage Museum, a major tourist
destination in England, UK. The Tourism industry faced a great flashback because of the
Coronavirus pandemic therefore, the sustainable action plans are needed to built upon to develop
the further growth of this industry.
