training. Given below are the 4 components of CIRO model which can be applied to the different
areas of the Business and the organisation (Palacio-Ciro and Vasco-Correa, 2020).
Context

organisation. The context helps in the establishing of training objectives which are basically of
three types namely, ultimate objectives, Intermediate objectives and immediate objectives.
Input Evaluation
This stage of CIRO model is related with the gathering of information about the possible methods
and techniques which can be used to identify the best possible option. This stage is also related with
the deigning, planning and management of the training program.
Reaction evaluation
The term reaction stage helps the individual to gather the participants and their views, suggestions
and feedbacks on the training programs and the courses they have received.
Outcome
This stage of the model is related with the results and outcomes of the training programmes. The
outcomes are evaluated in what actually had happened as the result of the training. The outcomes
