2014). It can be stated with the development of other industries the marketplace has become
globally challenged with the advent of new changes in the taste and preferences of the
consumers, the higher market demands and change in human needs (Xie, Batra and Peng
2015). It can be noted that the various segments of the hospitality industry includes- travel
and tourism, food and beverage and accommodation.

been focusing on making various changes in the technological department in order to
emphasis on its developmental areas in future (Hudson and Thal 2013). It can be stated that
in today’s landscape, the hospitality industry has contributed a lot in developing a dynamic

in a state of constant movement and evolution it is required that one should replace the age
old worn out machineries with a variety of new tools in order to ensure efficient working of
technological factors in the future. It has been observed that with the emergence of new

environmental sustainability thereby reducing the use of unlimited energy. It can be seen that
in some of the hospitality industries in this regard focuses on the use of daylight harvesting in
order to adjust indoor lightning which is purely based on natural sunlight coming from
