problems. The study of crisis management begins with the large scale organization which include the
common crisis as threatening to organization, shocking elements or the less time decision. Digital
technology are advance in their terms it consists of various tools and procedures which will be helpful in
identifying or managing the crisis occur in business. St. Pancras renaissance hotel located in Euston
road, London is aim to implementing the digital technologies in order to manage the crisis.

have to face more crisis in the future. Therefore, they must need to implement the strategies and

facing major problem. They suggests that the hoteliers must have to learn or prepare a proper
strategies in order to overcome the crisis which are occurring in the business.

paradigm is beneficial as it enables the researcher to have faith in their data so it comes out as a
