Introduction:
The Hazev, Haz and the Tez restaurants are the one of the finest quality restaurants in
London, United Kingdom. Current this three restaurants are working together in a close
partnership with Docklands Academy. This restaurant chains is serving in this region with
three types of cuisines including bars, café and restaurants. In some recent year digital
technologies has been implemented in this restaurants for helping the operations of the
organization and for promoting the organization.
In this report how the classical management theories and the leadership styles has
been implemented in this restaurants will be evaluated. Following that the impact of digital
technologies in this restaurants will be assessed through this report. How this digital
technologies has impacted the external and internal management styles will be evaluated.
Classical Management Theory:
The classical management theory is constructed on a belief that the employees of the
organization only have the need of economic and physical assets. This classical management
theory implies a special type of labouring style, profit maximization and centralised type of
decision making and leadership (Thenmozhi, 2015). This is completely designed for the
streamline operations with the aim of bottom line enhancement and for increasing the
productivity. To achieve all of this factors concepts of ideal workplace is adopted in this case.
The main three factors of an ideal workplace are the hierarchal structure, specialization and
incentives. This theory is very much strong in the management area as this theory provides a
perfect management structure and its operation and functions. This also provides labour
division that makes easy to accomplish the tasks and it increases the productivity. With that,
it has the clear definition of the employee task and role. This management theory has also
some flaws in it. Importance of the creativity and human relation is overlooked by this
management theory. Reliance on prior experience is also a problem of this theory. Job
satisfaction is not maintained through this theory as the workers considered as the machines
in this case, thus employee morale goes down in many cases (Khorasani & Almasifard,
2017). For implementing the classical type of management theories within the organizations
first of all the current management style need to be assessed which is properly done by the
Hazev, Haz and Tas. Also, management training to the leadership is very much important for
adopting the classical management theory in the Hazev, Haz and Tas.

total three types of leadership styles are present which are the Laissez-Faire Leadership,
Autocratic Leadership and the Participative Leadership. In this case the Hazev, Haz and Tas
has used the autocratic type of leadership style. The autocratic leadership is the main reason
behind that the employees works relatively better without the presence of their boss all the
time. One of the main condition for the successful adoption of the autocratic leadership in the
organization is parting a big task in some smaller groups (Laub, 2018) and the same thing has
been actually done by the Hazev, Haz and Tas for implementing the autocratic type of
leadership.
Role of leader and different leadership styles:
As mentioned above there are total three type of classical leadership styles. These
three types of leadership style are the Laissez-Faire Leadership, Autocratic Leadership and
the Participative Leadership. In this different types of leadership styles, the leaders plays
some different types of role.
In first case for the Laissez-Faire Leadership style minimal direction and supervision
is provided from the end of managers to the staffs. In this leadership style well trained and
efficient directors are chosen who works in the intermediate position of higher authority and
the employees (Wong & Giessner, 2018). In this leadership style the main role of the leader is
allowing the group members to take their own decisions. The leader need to create a
comfortable environment for its employees. In this the leaders also need to provide training
and support to their workers.
Autocratic type of leadership is typical type of management style where only one
person control all the decision of the organization while other plays a very small part. In this
type of leadership the leader needs to take all the decision by his/her own and dictate all the
process and methods.
The participative type of leadership is management style that invites inputs from the
end of employees for taking all the organization related decisions (Gandolfi & Stone, 2016).
In such of the leadership style the main role of the leaders to ensure that all the employees are
able to actively participate in the decision making process for the organizational decisions.

styles are very much positive. The management style has been improved through the digital

prior impact on the current management style of the organization which are investigated
