Hotel industry has been performed within hospitality sector from years ago, and has
contributed to increase profitability in competitive manner.
Hospitality is one of the biggest and most productive sectors in the world, because it has
provided unpredicted guest services to individual person within different manners.
The current presentation will be based on Yotel and Railway Inn, which falls under the
category of budgetary hotels in the UK.
The study will explain services that are provided to different forms of guest which promote
their quality of stay within hotels.
It will also define the role & function of guest services and significance of hospitality.
The presentation will justify how hotels meet hospitality, and skills that are needed by team
members.
