INTRODUCTION
Hospitality industry is one of the most flourishing sectors within corporate world in
current period of time. This industry mainly works for fulfilling the needs and wants of
customers in such a manner so that huge base of customers is retained with the organisation. To
complete this project hospitality organisation is to be taken that is The Belmond Cadogan Hotel,
London. It is a luxury hotel opened in 1887 on the street midway between Knightsbridge and
Chelsea (Belmond Cadogan Hotel, 2021). This report is based on three parts in which first part
represent several types of business and diverse offering under hospitality industry. Further it
explains operation all and functional department along with contribution of hospitality industry
