In today's world, the most emerging and growing industry is none the less than the hospitality
industry. Hospitality industry is growing at a very fast rate and is contributing in the GDP of a
economy. There are various different sectors and services that are run under this hospitality
industry. These can be travel and tourism, amusement and theme parks food and drink services,
resorts, hotels and restaurants, event planning and many more. There has been a tremendous
increase in trends that are emerging in hospitality industry like change in leadership styles,
influence of social media on people, corporate social responsibility, change of choice of
customers and their preferences too and many other trends. These results in the increase in
competition in industry, allowing the company to concentrate more on these changes and on its
services (Ann and Blum, 2019). This project report focuses on hotel CENTRAL PARK, which is
a 3 star hotel with unlimited facilitate for its guests and customers and is having a very reputed
brand value in London, UK. It is at a distance of 3-minute walk from Queensway tube station,
and a 10-minute stroll from Kensington Palace in London. In this project, critical analysis of
different leadership styles is done for hospitality industry, with the selection of appropriate
leadership style for Central Park that results in corporate leadership system for competitive
advantages among these various hotels present in London. It also studies how CSR provides
benefits to these organisations and various others in hospitality industry, government and civil
society, along with the benefits of social media and the different ways of overcoming these risks.
