Concept (written script of the project)
The concept of this project is to enhance the hospitality sector so that the customers feel secure
and reliable in taking the services. There are were many facilities which were provided by the
hospitality sector so it should be proper and accurate so that the customers feel satisfied and they
should again take the services from that place only. The location of the project is accurate as it
situated at the center of the tourist city where the customers will be attracted more but due to the
lack of the infrastructure the customers are declining. So the investor has to make some
investment in the infrastructure and accommodation of the hotel so that the customers fell be
satisfied with their services also (Law, et al., 2014).
The management of the hotel should be accurate so that the customers should be treated with
proper gratitude. The design of the building is not effective so the investor can make some paints
and renovated the structure of the hotel so that most customers will get attracted only with the
infrastructure and the appearance of the hotels. The concept of this project is also to use the high
quality of the management tool and to utilize the high equipment’s and machinery which are
updated so that the customers will get satisfied.
Operational Inputs
The operational input required in this project is labor, capital, updated materials, machinery,
equipment’s, etc. which will add more value to the customers. The hotel will be purchased but
now its productivity should be effective than only the customers will be attracted. So the
property department should be effective with their infrastructure so that the productive norms in
the hospitality sector can be improved. Materials and the services in the hospitality sector is the
important input as if they were effective then only the hospitality sector can enhance the growth
(Dei Mensah and Mensah, 2013).
In this project, the labor is required who can renovate the hotel building as there are many rooms,
kitchens and the conference hall there so all the things need the renovation. The capital is also
required at a high amount as old buildings and obsoleted machinery has to replace with the new
things. The old buildings required paintings, new furniture, A.C, water supply, lifts, proper
electricity fittings, etc. So for all this things capital is required so that inputs can be converted

services from that hotel only every time. The design of the hotel is made of the ancient times so
that when the travelers come to visit they will get attracted to the ancient things. The theme of
the hotel is based on the design of the ancient monuments but the services provided in the
company are very premium which is the mixture of both traditions as well as new facilities. The
infrastructure is designed in such a way that hotels look like an ancient monument but inside
there are facilities which are very updated and providing with the new technologies (Langvinienė
and Daunoravičiūtė, 2015).
In the hotel, there is the casino, restaurant, bar, pool and the spa facilities which are very
attractable for the customers. The people come to the tourist places so they prefer to play in the
casinos so it is built in the hotel to attract a large number of the customers (Walker, 2014). There

The design of the hotel is very attractable for the customers and the guest as the garden full of
roses and pool is there so people like to spend some time in peace with nature too. The scenario
of that garden is very pathetic so people can retain in the hotel for some more time also.
Conclusion and Recommendations
From the above report, it is concluded that hospitality services should be effective then only the
customers get attracted towards it. If the infrastructure of the hotel is attractable and if it is
providing many amenities to the customers then generally the customers retain in the hotel. In
this report the hotel is located at the center place but the infrastructure if the hotel is not effective
so being the hotel Consultant; it is recommended that the investors should purchase this hotel. It
requires some renovation so the capital is required but after then the hotel can earn many profits
and with their accommodation and infrastructure the hotel can attract many customers. It is
recommended that the hotel needs some infrastructure in the areas of the bars, restaurant, kitchen
and the rooms of the hotel so that customers get attracted to the hotel. For retaining the
customers in the hotel, it is recommended that they should use the high level of technology and
the upgraded equipment and the machinery. The customers should be greeted properly by the
management of the hotel so that the good relationship is maintained with them so it is
recommended to treat the customers friendly so that more profit can be attained by the hotels.
