Introduction
Hospitality is one of the most important industry which is known for
delivering range of services specially for the tourism sector. It delivers
lodging food and beverages and other related facilities which are used
by people who travel. Hotel football is an upscale football themed hotel
overlooking old Trafford. It was started in 2015 and since than known
for its unique services. The following report will talk about the scale and
operations that are carried out under this group which will further assist
in understanding the hospitality sector in more detail.

Operational, Managerial And Legislative Issues
Due To Recent Developments
Operational issues: The managing of change in an
organisation can be considered as the primary challenge
to a business operating in the hospitality sector.
Managerial issues: The managerial issues to which this
industry is exposed is skill shortages.

Legislative issues: The minimum wages can be referred to be as
legislative problem which is being encountered by management.
The minimum wage which has been set by the government is not
sufficient to lead an ideal life however there have been instances
where the hospitality institution have violated the minimum wage
legislation and are hiring employees with salaries less than the
minimum prescribed income by the government.

Current Image Of Hospitality Industry
The contribution of this industry in the GDP of the country stood at 4%
which is exceptional. Out of which 17% is being contributed by the
hotels and accommodation which is highest in this industry.
It can be said that hospitality industry have been sustainable and is
successful in absorbing political shocks which has been attained in
the form of Britain exiting from the European Union. This sector
have been able to provide significant contribution in terms of finance
and infrastructure to the economy of the United Kingdom.

Presenting Potential Trends And Prediction In Hospitality
Industry
It has been observed that millennials will emerge as the
biggest section of clientele of an organisation as they are
continuously looking to avail transformational
experiences.
The technology will be a major contributor to success and
failure of an organisation. The guests will be preferring
technologies oriented services and amenities which are
to be opted by an organisation.

Businesses
Considering the trends and preferences, it can be said that
Football will be availing ample of opportunities to
increase its sales revenue and profits at the same time.
However a business have to keep track of development
which are being taking place in the market in the form of
street food and gourmet restaurants which are causing a
major threat to business.

Conclusion
As per the above report it has been summarized that
hospitality sector is one of the rapid growing industry in
UK that assist in economy development and growth. On
hospitality organizations, major control has been derived
by some professional bodies to monitor operations and
working approaches in effective manner.
