Here, job interview process is conducted by employer in context of Hyatt regency for above job role.
It comprises with three important stages, discussed below-
First stage-
When I went for the interview, he was asked to sit with other people, after that I was called to the
interview room. More people were sitting with the employer in that room.
Second stage-
The second phase started with questions from the employer, they asked about my self and reason for
choosing hospitality floor manager as professional role.
Employers were questioning one after the other, which made me very nervous.

Key strengths and weaknesses of applied interview process
The whole interview procedure is quite good, but it has their own weaknesses and
strengths as well.
Overall process is comprised three different phases and each other is feel depressed
especially second one, but on the other hand, I am very excited because selected role like
