are not being given equal salary and this causes problem. At the time of conducting research I
read in article where it was mention that in 2018 that there is high pay gap in men and women.
After reading all these articles I am able to know more about the issues faced by women.
There is need of making everyone aware that man and woman are equal and if they are qualified
then they must be provided with the pay that the deserve. It is necessary to provide them
opportunities if they have desired qualification. All the hotels and resorts must provide
opportunity to women and must treat them equally (Falk, and Hermle, 2018). There are certain
job opportunities that require women candidate to carry on the work. But, they are not provided
the opportunity because of the gender inequality.
Yes, I am able to understand the concept better after doing the presentation. I have analysed
that the hospitality industry must understand that in order to carry on their work properly there is

communicate in the organisation on equal basis. The business organisation must take actions to
encourage the staff members no matter they are men or women. It will motivate the employees to
carry on their work effectively and will be beneficial for the hotel industry as well. The brand
image of the organisation also enhances and the minds of customers also change if they treat all
