society as a whole
The present assignment focuses on reviewing that personal strategies embraced or hold
by individual directly impact the community as well as society as whole. Here personal strategies
performed by individual include self-knowledge, friendship, time, freedom; good and evil, work
etc. with the help of such activities individual positively impacts the activities of individual
(Amirani & Hegarty, 2012). The statement has been favorable as without these personal
strategies individual may not impact the whole community.
Through reviewing The Prophet by Khalil Gibran it basically focuses on different
personal strategies that are used by individuals so that it impact the activities of individuals
within community. According to Khalil Gibran work is an effective personal strategy that
motivates people living in the society so that they may easily accomplish their needs. Author has
stated that work is consider as worship that need to be performed with love if an individual does
not work with love then they must leave the job and sit at the door of the temple and see those
people who work with joy (Gibran, 2007).
Another personal strategy that is mentioned by Khalil Gibran in his article “The prophet”
is regarding friendship. It has been stated that friendship is god gifted that accomplishes the
individual desires, all expectations as well as sharing of pleasures. With the help of imparting
friendship among the community it results in filling the needs and emptiness.
From reviewing the above article it has been concluded that considering friendship
personal strategy has supported me in building relationship with the other individual within
community so that I must easily involve in all the community programs. It has further enhance

measured that all the above legal aspects can directly impact the activities of organization within

the hospitality industry and its ultimate success. With the changing political figure and system
regulatory setting within the hospitality industry it also gets change from time to time. Thus, it
results in impacting the activities and setting of hotels, airlines and restaurants operating in the
hospitality industry. For instance, with the change in tax regulations it results in increasing the
value of gas that will directly impact the tourism and increases expenses for the hospitality
industry. Along with this, public safety as well as labor laws is the two main regulations that
need to be focused by the industry so that they can easily results in imparting effective services

2015). In addition to this, there are different legal issues that need to be consider so that it do not
negatively impact the activities of organizations operating in hospitality industry. For example,

mostly consider as good option for wine. Thus, warmer as well as longer growing seasons have
