Introduction:
A brief introductory overview of the profession and the impact of the usual challenges
that professionals face in the industry. Along with this the general point of view regarding the
workplace culture with specific focus on the points like working environment, group culture,
work time characteristics and work life balance will be in this section (Alvesson &
Sveningsson, 2015).
Organization Overview:
The general overview of the organization with precise focus on the industry it
operates, the management structure, the financial briefings, the areas of operation will be
discussed in this part (Home, hotels, hotels, Brisbane & Hotel, 2018).
Individual Responsibility:
In this section, information regarding the individual’s operations will be stated and in
this case the operational activities of a housekeeper will be discussed. Along with this, the
detailed description on the responsibilities of a housekeeper like cleaning, maintenance,
laundry will be described (Joshi, 2016).
Review of the Managerial structure:
In this section, a discussion on the structure of the management will be stated and the
impact of the concerned department in the organization will be described.
Culture of the Organization:
In his section a detailed discussion on the working culture of the organization along
with different specific focus on the communication between the employees at different levels
of the management, the team work characteristics will be specified (Hogan & Coote 2014).

Apart from this a critical analysis on the role of the frontline leaders in the
organization, challenges that they face, the skills that they need to overcome these challenges
and the approach they take in communicating with others will also be assessed in the report
(Ulrich, Lavandero & Early, 2014).
Conclusion:
A concluding paragraph will include an overall assessment of the aspects of the
organization mentioned above and it will also provide the experience of the individual in the
concerned organization.
