Australian Technology Park – Overview and History
The Australian Technology Park is a business and technological center which is situated
in Eveleigh which is an inner sub urban city in Sydney in the state of New South Wales,
Australia. The Australian Technology Park occupies the site of the former Eveleigh Railway
Workshops. The hospitality sector was build in the late 19th century which was one of the largest
and one of the most advances technologically advanced hospitality sector in the whole southern
hemisphere (Taylor, Wortman & Chan 2017). The target market is primarily meant for the start
up high tech companies that specially deal with the bio technological firms, or the spin offs from
the university research centers. Till the year 2015 there has been numerous films shoots in the
Australian Technology Park or the ATP. Few of the parts are also set up for the studios and the
research and development is maintained in one half of the building (Shan & Walter . 2015).

The Australian Technology Park is also making a renewal project which will only consist

creation halls which is a place of multipurpose build themes. The place is more than 7050 square
meters which is a purpose of big square table meetings, a purpose built theatre, for breakout
meeting places. According to the author Walter (2015) it is one of the Sydney’s most unique five
star hospitality venue which is also situated in one of the best locations. It is only few moments
from the Redfern Station. The exhibition hall is one of the largest event spaces in the whole
Doltone House collection which is known to hold the capacity of 4600 pax theatre style and seat

iron columns, arched windows and rustic brickworks offers a very expensive industrial house for

and atrium which are dramatic as well as versatile for the venues which are mainly gala dinners
for the tourists, exhibitions, and tradeshows for the industries. The halls are also given to the
tourists where they come from different countries to join the product launch events of various
organizations. It is also known to serve big cocktail parties and events which are mostly social
events. According to the author Barff, Verhaal & Angus (2019) it is one of the best place of
hospitality venue which is situated in the heart of Australia. It almost captures more than half of
the market and attract the business meeting just because of its high ceilings halls with backlit
halls which consists of the barrisol panel that creates a very charismatic moments for the
company which comes for the parties. These things are known to create a sense of scale and
endless dynamic communication option.
Customer service experience

most important for the meetings because these are the places which consists of the rooms that

Chinese Garden of Friendship - Overview and History
The Chinese Garden of Friendship is a big Chinese garden I China town rthta is situated
in the heart Sydney Australia. In the present years it is modeled after the private garden plants of
Ming Dynasty which is one of the oldest heritage of the Chinese culture in the land of the
Australia (Mackelprang, Burke & Welter 2018). The Chinese Garden of Friendship was first
designed by the Chinese sister of Sydney in the year 1988. According to the authors Lam,
Loughnan & Tapper (2018) the compliments of the research which was done by the author in the
year 1990 had received very good compliments from the research. The place is rich in culture
that consists few of the Chinese heritage. The official opening of the garden had taken place in
the year 1990 (Boileau 2017). The garden establishes a very beautiful bond between the two
countries that are China and Australia.

the beautiful garden with various kinds of trees and lakes where the visitors can have fun in the
pool. The target market of the place is much suitable for most of the generations as because
here the children can also visit with the parents and has fun time with the parents. It is
much suitable to the family as because people can visit here along with the family (Barcel,
Morell & Vicario 2017). The working hours of the hospitality venue are from 9:30am–
5:30pm. The management is maintained by a committee that was formed in August 2017
which provides advice on the long term planning to the organization. . Importing and
